Get to know Dr. Moss

Trained in Memphis.

Now calling Chesapeake home.

Dr. Troy Moss earned his Doctor of Optometry from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee, where he developed a strong clinical foundation in comprehensive adult eye health.

He recently relocated to the Chesapeake area with his wife, who is completing her vascular surgery fellowship at EVMS/ODU. The two are new to the community and are looking forward to putting down roots here — which starts with getting to know the patients and families he’ll be caring for.

At Navigation Eye Care, Dr. Moss focuses on adult and family eye health, with particular attention to dry eye disease, glaucoma, and macular degeneration. Pediatric specialty care continues with Dr. Amber Teten, so families can find care for every age under one roof.
