    You’ll use our secure online portal, which accepts all major credit or debit cards. Most HSA and FSA cards work too. We’ll also send you a receipt by email so everything stays organized.

  2. When does my membership begin?
    It starts right away. Once you’re signed up, you can call us or schedule online when you’re ready to come in.

  3. What’s included in the membership?
    Your membership includes a comprehensive routine eye exam, plus exclusive discounts on prescription glasses, contact lenses, and non-prescription sunglasses. Maui Jim is excluded from discounts.
    There are no limits, no maximums, and no third-party insurance company slowing things down.

  4. Can I include my family?
    Yes, you can enroll family members when you sign up or anytime afterward. We make it easy to care for the whole crew.

  5. What information do I need to sign up?
    To get started, we’ll need your name, date of birth, phone number, email address, and payment information. That’s it.
